What counts as one analysis? +
One analysis = one log submission through the sanitize-and-analyze workflow. If you paste a new log and run it through Abendly, that counts as one analysis. Viewing previous results or using chat mode on an existing analysis does not count.
Is my log data safe? +
Yes. Sanitization runs entirely in your browser — no raw log data is ever sent to our servers. Only the sanitized version (with labels like [HOST_1], [QM_1]) is transmitted for analysis. We never store real hostnames, IPs, queue manager names, or user IDs.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, you revert to the Free plan with 3 analyses per month.
What MQ versions are supported? +
Abendly supports IBM MQ versions 7.x through 9.x on Linux, Windows, AIX, and z/OS. The AI detects the version and platform from your log and tailors fix commands accordingly. z/OS-specific commands (CSQX codes, RACF) are handled separately from distributed platform commands.
What is Case Memory? +
Case Memory is a Pro feature that tracks anonymized patterns across your analyses. It detects recurring errors, suggests permanent fixes for repeated issues, and builds a sanitized map of your MQ environment over time — all without storing any real identifiers.
